If I’m honest, being a Mum to six children aged between 6-21 we have navigated some extreme highs and some frightening lows. I have journaled throughout all of them as have some of my children.
The power of journalling is pretty magical. Personally, I’ve found that when I write something down, it stops my brain from overthinking & slows my thoughts to the speed of my pen. A journal doesn’t judge, interrupt, or rush me.
I have designed this journal with thoughtful prompts & honest questions, space for drawings & doodles, ‘this or that’ pages, stories, thoughts you might not want to share out loud, memories and moments that matter - it turns everyday moments into lifelong keepsakes.
When journalling is shared—between two people, it builds understanding and closeness in a way conversations sometimes can’t. Whether you are navigating change, growing alongside one another, or simply having a challenging day, this journal helps you understand each other, stay connected, and build resilience side by side.
