Shipping Policy

 

Orders will be processed in order of placement.

We use DPD as our courier service and you will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched.  You will subsequently receive notifications from DPD once they have collected your order and it is on route to you.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE

UK Delivery - 3-5 working days as standard (this can be longer during busy periods or for pre-order items)

EU Delivery - 7-10 working days (this can be longer during busy periods or for pre-order items)

Int Delivery - 3-21 working days (this can be longer during busy periods or for pre-order items).

Customs Charges

Any customs charges applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws will be payable by the customer.  These will not be covered by r.e.b.l UK.  Please see your local customs office for more information.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER

Please check your dispatch email for your tracking information.  Once you have this please get in touch with us within 10 days of dispatch and we will look into this for you.
